What are the office opening hours?
During the summer our offices are open from 8am until 11pm. During the winter the offices are open from 8am until 10pm.
We do however accept reservations after our closing time (from 10pm/11pm until 1am) for an additional fee of 40€.
Important Update: Winter 2020/2021:
From October 2020 until March 2021, some of our offices may have shorter opening times. Please refer to the specific page for each of our locations for further information. If you wish to hire a car outside of these shorter hours then please contact us and we will do our very best to assist you.
For customers who have very early flights you are welcome to return before 8am but to a different site (which is very close to our office and easy to find). There is a small charge for out of hours returns and you can find out about this by emailing our customer care team.
For clients reserving a package based on our Full to Full fuel policy and choosing to return out of hours there will be a small deposit required for the fuel of 100 euros to enable us to charge for any missing fuel when the car is returned. This will be blocked against a credit card and if the car is returned full the deposit will be released automatically.
It is very important, especially for out of hours collections, that you provide your flight number when you book. This means that we can monitor your flight and collect you from the terminal. Likewise, if you need to return before 8am you should advise us when you collect the car so that we can explain the procedure.
